Cladding & Flashings

Box Profile Metal Sheets

Box profile steel cladding, also referred to as trapezoidal cladding, serves as a modern alternative to traditional 3″ corrugated metal roofing sheets. This cladding offers a sleek and contemporary look, making it a popular choice for residential properties. It also provides an industrial aesthetic, ideal for commercial and agricultural buildings. The 32/1000 box profile sheets are particularly favored in various industrial and agricultural applications due to their strength and modern design.

Corrugated Metal Sheets

Corrugated steel roofing sheets, often known as “wriggly tin,” have been a cornerstone in construction for decades, maintaining their popularity for those who prefer a classic look. These sheets are particularly suitable for use in conservation areas, where maintaining traditional aesthetics is essential. We offer a broad range of colors and finishes, including 3″ corrugated sheets with an optional anti-condensation liner, ensuring they meet both functional and visual requirements.

Fibre Cement Roof Sheets

Our high-density fibre cement sheets, featuring the traditional 6-inch profile, are ideal for new builds and as replacement roofing on farms and equestrian facilities that utilise this profile. These sheets are more durable and resistant to wear than semi-compressed alternatives, making them an excellent choice for single-skin agricultural and equestrian buildings. Available in natural grey, these sheets come with a 30-year durability guarantee and a 10-year color stability warranty, backed by full certification.

The ventilation accessories available with these sheets are designed to cater to different ventilation needs, ensuring they meet the latest standards for animal welfare. With over a century of expertise in manufacturing fibre-reinforced cement roofing and cladding products, these sheets offer the reliability and environmental performance you demand.

Insulated Roof Cladding

Composite panels, consisting of an exterior metal profile sheet, an insulation core, and an internal liner, provide a comprehensive solution for insulating and cladding your building. Our JI1000 ROOF composite panels are custom-manufactured to your specifications and delivered directly from the factory. Available in thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 150mm, these panels offer U-values from 0.46W/m²K to 0.14W/m²K, delivering superior thermal performance.

Heatguard Roofing

Our Heatguard roofing, utilising Marlon CST Heatguard technology, is designed with advanced heat-reflective pigments that allow natural light to flood your buildings while minimising heat transfer. This creates a bright, comfortable environment that enhances animal welfare and productivity. Marlon CST combines the durability and impact resistance of corrugated polycarbonate with added insulation and rigidity from its multiwall structure. It can be used as a standalone roofing or wall cladding solution or integrated with fibre cement sheeting, and is available in three pigment intensities to meet your specific needs.

Flashings

We supply a wide range of flashings in materials like galvanized steel, polyester paint, and PVC plastisol coatings. Special materials, such as aluzinc and aluminum, can also be sourced upon request. Please note that our folded flashings are subject to a tolerance of +/- 1° for angles and +/- 1.5mm for section dimensions.

In addition to our standard offerings, we provide a bespoke flashings service. Simply supply a drawing of the desired profile, and we’ll generate a detailed quotation. We also provide all necessary fixings, sealants, and foam fillers.

Purlins and Eave Beams

C sections, also known as C Rails purlins, are designed to serve as the horizontal support in wall structures. Z purlins, which can be viewed on our website, are commonly used to support wall and roof cladding. C sections are positioned between the cladding sheets and the wall’s substructure, providing essential support to ensure the cladding sheets are securely fitted.

Our C sections are cold-rolled to order and can be custom-sized to meet your specific requirements. These Cee sections are manufactured from pre-hot-dipped galvanized steel coated to G275 Z39, offering a minimum yield strength of 390N/mm².
